一、签证：提前办好电子签，秒出签不排队

1️⃣电子旅游签证（eVisa）

在 “Visit Saudi” 官网直接申请，费用约 440 沙特里亚尔（含强制医疗保险），一年有效、多次入境，单次最长可停留 90 天。

所需材料简单：护照（有效期 6 个月以上）、白底证件照电子版。在线支付后，签证会发到邮箱，一定要打印出来随身携带，入境时要看。

2️⃣落地签

抵达后在机场专门的签证窗口办理，仅需要护照、带芯片的信用卡支付签证费。但旺季可能排队，万一材料卡住会耽误时间。想省心的话，电子签是标准答案。

We highly recommend securing your e-Visa ahead of time: the application form only takes a few minutes to complete, visas are issued instantly, and you avoid stressful long queues at airport visa counters upon arrival.

1️⃣Electronic Tourist Visa (eVisa)

Submit your application directly via the official Visit Saudi website. The fee stands at approximately 440 Saudi Riyals, which includes mandatory travel medical insurance. The visa is valid for one year, permits multiple entries, and allows a maximum single stay of 90 days.

Required documents are straightforward: a scanned copy of your passport’s biographical page (valid for a minimum of six months), a digital passport photograph with a plain white background. Once your online payment processes, your visa document will be sent to your email. Be sure to print a physical copy to carry with you, as immigration officers will request it upon entry.

2️⃣Visa on Arrival

You may apply for a visa at dedicated airport visa counters after landing, which requires your passport, and a chip-enabled credit card for payment are required. 二、落地过关全流程

Full Post-Landing Immigration Clearance Process

利雅得、吉达等主要机场的标识牌上大量使用中文，从下机开始，跟着 “到达”“行李提取” 一路畅通无阻，完全不用担心语言问题。

1️⃣ 边检 & 录指纹

跟着 “Arrivals / Baggage Claim” 指示，看到 “Visitors / Tourist” 通道排队。把护照、打印好的电子签、酒店预订单和离境机票订单拿在手里。然后要采集指纹、拍面部照片，跟着机器提示做即可。

2️⃣ 海关申报

提取行李前，有需要申报的物品主动填表走红色通道；普通游客走绿色通道，无需申报。

绝对不能带的： 酒类、猪肉及制品、任何涉及色情或与伊斯兰教义冲突的印刷品 / 影像。

常用药可以带，但如果是处方药，最好带上英文或阿拉伯文医嘱说明。无人机属于敏感设备，需提前申请许可，普通游客不建议自找麻烦。现金超过 6 万沙特里亚尔（或等值外币）必须申报，一般游客不会到这个数。

3️⃣取行李 & 出关

拿上行李往外走，出口处偶尔会有随机行李抽检，放轻松配合就好。恭喜，你已经正式踏上沙特的土地！

1️⃣Immigration Check & Biometric Fingerprint Capture

Follow signs reading “Arrivals / Baggage Claim” and queue up at the dedicated “Visitors / Tourist” lane. Have your passport, printed e-Visa, hotel booking confirmation, and return flight ticket ready on hand. Next, you will complete fingerprint scanning and facial photo capture by following on-screen prompts at the biometric kiosks.

2️⃣Customs Declaration

Before collecting your luggage, proceed to the red customs channel to fill out a declaration form if you carry restricted or taxable goods. Standard travelers with no declarable items may use the green channel without paperwork.

Strictly prohibited items include alcoholic beverages, pork and pork-derived products, and any printed or visual materials containing explicit adult content or content contradicting Islamic teachings.

Over-the-counter medications are permitted for personal use, but carry a doctor’s prescription translated into English or Arabic if traveling with prescription drugs. Drones are classified as sensitive equipment that requires pre-approved official permits; casual tourists are advised to avoid bringing them to skip bureaucratic trouble. Any cash exceeding 60,000 Saudi Riyals (or equivalent foreign currency) must be declared—an amount most ordinary travelers will not reach.

3️⃣Luggage Collection & Airport Exit

🕐 对一下时间

沙特时间 = 北京时间 – 5 小时（UTC+3）。手机通常会自动更新，如果不放心，手动调一下。利雅得机场的电子屏也会显示当地时间和日期。

💵 换点现金

No immediate outfit change is required upon exiting the airport, yet please observe local customs: Men should avoid shorts and sleeveless tops; long trousers paired with T-shirts are fully acceptable. Women must cover their shoulders and knees; headscarves are not mandatory for tourists, but carrying a lightweight scarf is recommended to wear when visiting mosques. Refrain from overt public displays of affection with members of the opposite sex. Shops close briefly for 15 to 20 minutes five times a day during Islamic prayer hours—this makes the perfect window to pause and enjoy a cup of traditional Arabic coffee.

• Zain: The cheapest option with generous data allowances that work perfectly within cities, though signal strength weakens in some remote rural areas.

SIM card packages at the airport cost marginally more than those sold downtown, yet the unbeatable convenience of accessing internet immediately after arrival offsets the minor price difference. All three carriers offer tourist plans ranging from 50 to 100 Riyals, which include dozens of gigabytes of mobile data plus local call minutes, valid for the full duration of your trip. Present your passport and e-Visa to staff, who will activate your SIM card and configure APN settings for instant connectivity. Text and voice messages on WeChat, as well as browsing WeChat Moments, function smoothly, though video calls may experience occasional lag. For urgent communications, placing international calls via your local SIM card is advised.

If your smartphone supports eSIM technology, you may pre-order a Saudi data eSIM online while still in China. Physical SIM cards remain more reliable,You may also purchase an international data package online in advance for a better price. If you haven’t bought a data package beforehand, you can simply activate overseas roaming to access the internet. 五、交通全解析：从机场到城际，一篇整明白

🚖 机场 → 市区

网约车（最推荐）

用 Uber 或 Careem，出机场定位精准，价格透明。利雅得机场到市中心约 80–120 里亚尔，车况好，司机多数能说简单英语。

机场出租车

有，但多数不打表，需要事先谈价，容易被宰，不太建议。

租车自驾？

沙特道路宽阔，油价比水便宜，听起来很爽。但中国驾照无法办理真正的国际驾照 IDP，部分租车公司接受翻译认证件，一旦出险保险可能拒赔。若非资深国际自驾老手，请直接用打车软件，安全又省心。

🚇 城市内交通

利雅得 : 地铁已部分开通，蓝线、红线连接机场与市中心，可购买 Darb 交通卡乘坐，站内冷气足、英文标识清晰，游客体验很不错。公交目前普及度不高，出行以地铁 + 打车为主。

吉达 : 暂无地铁，出行靠 Uber/Careem，老城区巴拉德适合步行慢慢逛，去海边直接打个车。

🚄 城际移动与火车票

想坐火车感受沙漠风光，一定要下载 HHR Train App（沙特铁路局官方应用）。

打开后选择出发和到达车站、日期，就能查看班次。

注意：一天的班次不算多，尤其是利雅得到达曼的普通铁路和吉达到麦地那的哈拉曼高铁，建议提前几天购票。座位分为普通座和商务座，商务座价格稍高但含餐。

哈拉曼高铁时速 350km/h，吉达 — 麦地那段沿途沙漠风光绝美（非穆斯林不能进入麦加和麦地那圣城核心区，但高铁体验本身就很值得打卡）。

Airport Taxis

Taxis are available, yet most do not use meters, requiring fare negotiation upfront. Tourists frequently face overcharging, so this option is not advised.

Car Rental & Self-Driving

🚇 Intra-City Transport

Riyadh

Sections of the city metro are operational, with the Blue and Red Lines connecting the airport to central districts. Purchase a Darb transit card for metro rides; stations are fully air-conditioned with clear English signage, delivering a pleasant experience for visitors. Public buses remain underdeveloped, so travel plans should combine metro and ride-hailing services.

Jeddah

No metro system is currently available in Jeddah. All city travel relies on Uber and Careem. The historic Al-Balad old town is ideal for leisurely walking tours, while short taxi rides take travelers straight to coastal waterfront areas.

🚄 Intercity Rail Travel & Train Ticket Bookings

Download the official HHR Train mobile application if you wish to experience desert scenery by rail. Select your departure station, destination station, and travel date within the app to view available schedules. Note that daily train frequencies are limited—this applies especially to regular rail services between Riyadh and Dammam, plus the Haramain High-Speed Railway linking Jeddah and Medina. Book tickets several days in advance to avoid sold-out trips. Two seating tiers are offered: standard class and business class. Business class tickets carry a slight price premium but include complimentary catering.

The Haramain High-Speed Railway reaches speeds of 350 kilometers per hour, boasting breathtaking desert vistas along the Jeddah-to-Medina stretch.
