Hosted by the People’s Government of Hubei Province under the theme of “Hubei as a Pivot, Connecting the World through Chains”, the event gathered more than 1,000 distinguished guests, including diplomatic envoys to China from over 50 countries, senior executives of Fortune Global 500 companies, and leaders of international chambers of commerce and industry associations, to discuss economic and trade cooperation and envision an open future. The sincere invitation in the letter—”Chasing dreams across mountains and seas, distance never feels far”—aligns perfectly with the founding aspiration of Talia Tourism to deepen China-Saudi exchanges and link the two ends of the Silk Road.

As a pioneer in China-Saudi cultural tourism and cultural exchanges with over a decade of deep roots in the Saudi market, Ms. Zhou Dongni and Talia Tourism have long been committed to advancing economic and trade connectivity, cultural mutual learning, and people-to-people bonds between China, Saudi Arabia and other Arab states. Her invitation not only recognizes the international influence of Talia Tourism in Hubei, but also serves as a vital opportunity for the company to deepen China-Arab cooperation and expand its footprint in promoting Chinese intangible cultural heritage (ICH) overseas.

At present, the China-Arab Cooperation Center, a key initiative under development, will soon establish ICH globalization as its core strategic sector. It is dedicated to bringing China’s splendid intangible cultural heritage across mountains and seas into thousands of households in Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries. By deeply integrating cultural resources of China and Saudi Arabia, and collaborating with local government, commerce chambers and high-end communities in Saudi Arabia, the center will build a full-chain service system of “ICH + Cultural Tourism + Trade”, providing one-stop solutions for Chinese ICH projects including overseas implementation, brand promotion and market matchmaking. This will help Chinese ICH go global and become an important pillar of China-Saudi cultural exchanges.

From the shores of the Red Sea to the land of China, from cultural mutual learning to win-win economic and trade cooperation, Talia Tourism has always been a practitioner of China-Arab civilizational exchanges and a promoter of Silk Road economic and trade collaboration. Going forward, we will take the China-Arab Cooperation Center as a platform and intangible cultural heritage as a bond to further deepen the China-Saudi market and build a more solid and efficient bridge for China-Arab exchanges. We will enable more treasures of Chinese ICH to shine in the Middle East, foster deeper China-Saudi friendship through cultural integration and economic cooperation, and jointly embrace a bright future of mutual benefit and win-win results!
