Talia Tourism at the 2025 Capital Overseas Chinese Talent Conference
The 2025 Capital Overseas Chinese Talent Development Conference was recently held successfully in Beijing, bringing together government representatives, international scholars and leading figures from the overseas Chinese community to discuss cooperation in science and technology as well as innovative development. Ms. Zhou Dongni, General Manager of Talia Tourism, was invited to attend the conference and held extensive exchanges with participants from various sectors. As a professional travel service provider rooted in Saudi Arabia and connecting China with the Kingdom, Talia Tourism took part in this national-level platform with the aim of further strengthening its core strategy: promoting cultural and tourism exchanges between China and Saudi Arabia, while actively exploring cross-sector integration of technology and the tourism industry.

The conference noted that “overseas Chinese nationals have actively returned to China to invest and build businesses, giving a strong boost to the country’s economic growth and modernisation,” and called on the overseas Chinese community to focus on scientific and technological innovation, take an active part in key fields such as artificial intelligence and biopharmaceuticals, put international science and technology cooperation initiatives into practice, and share the story of China and of Beijing. Overseas Chinese are a bridge connecting China with the world, and Beijing will continue to improve the Overseas Chinese Talent Development Conference platform to support their development in the capital.
Since its founding, Talia Tourism has focused on providing high-quality, locally grounded travel services for business and leisure travellers between China and Saudi Arabia. Drawing on the historic opportunities created by the upgrading of China-Saudi relations and the Belt and Road Initiative, the company is committed to becoming a practical bridge for cultural and people-to-people exchange between the two countries.

Through plenary sessions, industry dialogues, project roadshows and site visits, the conference offered participants from the overseas Chinese community in-depth opportunities for matchmaking and exchange.
Talia Tourism will continue to uphold its philosophy of “building bridges through the overseas Chinese community and leading with insight,” making full use of the platform created by the Capital Overseas Chinese Talent Development Conference to strengthen links with international innovation resources, bring more practical cooperation projects to fruition, and achieve its own better development while serving the national strategy of high-standard opening up, thereby contributing to sharing the story of friendly China-Saudi cooperation.
